Shaun controls a strong corporate practice, advising private businesses and trusts on all facets of their legal operations. He advises on all commercial facets of such enterprises from strategic direction through governance, management, third party contracting, joint ventures, licensing, finance,   acquisitions,  enforcement/compliance and related.   
Shaun has particular expertise in the gambling sector covering charitable and corporate constitutional issues, all aspects of licensing, the full spectrum of enforcement/compliance issues and the remedial options available.    He has been the driving force behind some leading cases in this area.
